Unknown caller handling

You can now create a dedicated “unknown caller” script for any phone number you host with Classet. When someone phones your Classet number and we can’t match the caller to an existing candidate, Joy automatically switches to this script, asks for their name, email, and any role interest, and logs the details in your dashboard.

This gives recruiters a structured way to capture fresh leads and quickly connect them to the right job without missing a beat.
