Pause Joy outreach
API customers can now immediately stop Joy’s SMS, email, and voice outreach for an individual candidate while an interview is still in progress.
Trigger the new “stop recruiter” endpoint whenever you want a human recruiter to take over, avoiding duplicate or confusing messages.
If you choose to send a final notice, candidates receive a clear SMS and/or email letting them know a team member will reach out instead. Joy also records this event, so if the candidate replies or calls back, the assistant will stay silent, ensuring a seamless handoff to your team.
