Here is what the experience would look like from the candidate's perspective from outreach to getting them on an interview with Joy
Different Messaging Channels
It is important to note that the candidate experience can happen either through SMS or Email. However their experience will be mostly the same
High Level Overview

Step 1 - Send Initial Message
On SMS
This is the default message candidates get sent when the interview is initiated, however it can be customized. You can learn more about it here

On Email
This is the default email candidates are sent. The email will contain your company name and logo (in place of the Classet name and logo in the example below). The copy itself is not customizable as of now.

Step 2 - Conversation with Joy
Our messaging assistant is both conversational and proactive. If a candidate asks questions, responses will be drawn from information uploaded about the job, company or even FAQs you include. During conversation, our AI assistant will also nudge the candidate towards completing an interview on call.
On SMS
On Email

Step 3 - Reminder System
The AI assistant will also send out reminders to complete the interview - these will only be sent if the candidate has not completed their interview yet. The first nudge will go out 3 hours after application and 3 subsequent nudges will be sent roughly 24 every hours from their point of application.
We've found a very diminishing return to keep nudging candidates beyond this cadence and are wary of creating a spammy candidate experience. After this 4th nudge, our product will no longer engage with the candidate.
